We were looking for a lot on which to build our dream home, so we needed to find an agent who would be in it for the long haul. David was patient, accommodating, and never tried to push us in a direction we didn't want to go. There were bumps in the road (no fault of David's), but he stuck with us, and we finally found the perfect lot. During the negotiations he was always on our side. I can't imagine going through this process without him.
