With so much data freely available to the public and even more to agents, it is important when making decisions on how much to offer for a particular property or how much to put a home on the market for to analyze the specific data  of a local market  rather than relying on macro data.

As part of providing buyers and sellers with the information to make the right decisions, I have provided a number of different resources to guide the decision making process.

This data shows data which is updated every month for a number of markets including: Somoma County overall; Russian River; Healdsburg; Sonoma; Sebastopol.

For each of these areas you will find the following data points month by month:

- Sales volume

- Average $ per sq ft

- Average sales price to list price
