This is a newly built Modern Farmhouse in a great location just 2 miles from the Healdsburg Plaza perched at the top of a hill with breathtaking views. The highlight of this property for me was the outside space with a beautiful 56' pool and terrace with great views and outdoor kitchen and entertaining area.

This was taken off the market in December and is now back on. It is a single story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with over 2,500 square feet of living space. The home is finished to a very high standard with one of my favorite parts about it being the beautifully tiled features in the master bath and living room.

This home is a picture postcard historic Healdsburg property located just minutes from the Plaza. It is a 3 bed and 3 bath home that has been recently remodeled.
One of the features of the property, unusual for one so close to the Plaza, is that it has a detached 350 ft studio from a company called Shed. While cannot be used as a vacation rental (not permitted within the city limits) it is a great additional space for guests or a home office.

While there is no pool there is plenty of room on the 2.32 acres for a pool, orchards and even a few vines. One of the highlights for me about this property was the barn which would be the perfect venue for some great events and parties.
